From the outset, one of the biggest questions regarding the opening of 'New French' restaurant and bar Le Sel was simply: how are they going to utilize the space? In the past, figuring out the best use of the multi-level setup has proven difficult for restaurant owners to wrap their heads around, resulting in a disjointed and awkward layout.
