It looks as though things are finally starting to come together for upcoming fried chicken and cocktails purveyor Party Fowl. After first being announced in July of last year, owner Austin Smith, who has partnered up with 360 Bistro owner Nick Jacobson on the project, tells Eater that they are now in the permitting process, and that a groundbreaking is expected soon. Located at the corner of 8th Avenue South and Division Street, a rendering of the finished product shows big changes to the property. Smith says that with the additions to the existing structure, the total square footage of the restaurant will be around 7,500 square feet, with room for roughly 145 seats. Roll-up garage doors will surround the entire space. And since this is Nashville, there will be an interior stage, with a weekly concert series called 'Shakin' the Shack.' No menu specifics yet, but they will have a 24-tap draft system in place, with the majority dedicated to local craft brew, and all available to be purchased by the growler to-go. No word yet on a new projected opening date, but be sure to check back soon for more updates.
