Bear and Buffalo Dinner at The Southern; Yazoo Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

Each of the five courses offered will pair a different preparation of Bear Creek Beef with a different selection of whiskey from Buffalo Trace's range of brands. THE GULCHYazoo Brewing Company has planned a two-day party this Friday and Saturday to celebrate its 10-year anniversary. Beginning on Friday, the brewery will release its special Yazoo 10 Years White IPA, made with Mosaic and Citra hops. The event will also feature food from Peg Leg Porker, The Atomic Firebirds and various food trucks. Live music will also be on tap, with The Delta Saints headlining Friday night and Space Capone on Saturday. Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. both days. [Tennessean]
