Is Maneet Chauhan Bringing Her New Restaurant to the Former Roosters Space?

Local sources say that Maneet Chauhan, best known for her role as a judge on Food Network's Chopped, is actually not looking towards the Gulch as previously reported for her first restaurant project outside of New York City and Chicago, but will be taking over the space formerly occupied by Roosters Texas Style BBQ and Steakhouse. Located at the corner of 12th Avenue South and Grundy Street, across from 12th & Porter, Roosters, which closed its doors back in May, is next to entertainment venue/bar/restaurant space Anthem and Revelry, which is owned by local entrepreneurs Moni Advani, London Parfitt and Austin Ratliff, who also happen to be the partners working to bring Chauhan's concept, Chauhan Ale & Masala House, to Nashville.
