Well, it looks like everyone in East Nashville is going to have to wait quite a while to get that Ken's Sushi fix. After announcing over two months ago that the building permit was finally in hand and "[c]ounting down for [the] Grand Opening," Ken's Sushi recently posted that the grand opening will now be pushed back all the way to February.
