Just as the ice cream/frozen yogurt boom in Nashville seemed to be thawing out, The Tennessean reports that popular Louisville ice cream chain The Comfy Cow has plans to expand to Tennessee, with its first planned retail location to be at CityPark Brentwood, formerly known as Synergy Business Park. The 1,300-square-foot shop is slated to be open by August. [Tennessean]
