Riffs Cafe at Highland Ridge is officially in soft opening mode today. According to chef/owner B.J. Lofback, there "will be no printed menu, just chef-driven, incredibly awesome food that will change daily." Featured items will include Riffs Fine Street Food favorites such as Korean barbecue tacos and squash fritters, along with a rotating daily selection of homemade pastries from pastry chef Audra Dykes and a coffee program featuring Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea.
