More Details Revealed For Tin Roof's Two Bits Concept

More details are out today on upcoming restaurant and bar Two Bits, a new concept from the owners of Tin Roof. According to a release, the restaurant "will offer eclectic bites, a craft drink menu and a variety of free-play vintage games." Interestingly, the menu is being developed by chef Will Zuchman, who was most recently executive chef at Alma de Cuba, part of restaurateur Stephen Starr's empire, in Philadelphia. Two Bits owner Bob Franklin, in regards to the food, says that they "wanted to give Nashville more than the 'elevated southern' menu," promising that "[e]ven the bar bites and late night menus won't be anything like our customers have seen before in this type of environment." The restaurant will also feature 24 beers on tap, half of which will be local, and a roster of classic and signature cocktails. As to the aforementioned vintage games, the list includes arcade-style classics Ms. Pac Man/Galaga, Space Invaders and Defender, as well as game systems Atari and Nintendo that can be used wirelessly on 52" flat screens. The restaurant is shooting for a January opening.
