Back in July it was reported that Party Fowl, a new fried chicken and cocktails restaurant with the classy tagline 'Want to Cluck?,' had pulled a rehab permit for a space located at the corner of 8th Avenue South and Division Street near the Gulch. Now the permit has been removed and work appears to be halted. No word yet on whether the project is still moving forward. [EaterWire]
