Upcoming Butchertown Hall Now Has a Rendering

Butchertown Hall, the recently announced Germantown beer garden project from local restaurateur Terry Raley and development group Woodland Street Partners, now has a rendering. Via a Craigslist hiring post from over the weekend, the drawing shows a large two-section stone building with outdoor space. The front section houses the beer hall and bar, with the back portion saved for seated dining and kitchen operations. The beer garden wraps around the rear and along the left-hand side, fronting Van Buren Street. The drawing also shows a large parking lot at the rear of the property.
