Hattie B's Hot Chicken Coming to West Nashville

West Nashville is about to feel the burn, as Hattie B's Hot Chicken announces plans today to open up a second location on Charlotte Pike. Taking over the restaurant space previously occupied by Nuvo Burrito (which just closed its doors last week), the new space will feature over double their current location's seating capacity (including a patio), twice the beers on tap, and what looks to be fifty times the parking spaces. They have just begun to clean out the building and are looking to open sometime before late winter of next year. Says owner Nick Bishop, Jr. about the expansion:

We've always thought this was a great part of town and that it has a lot of potential. And seeing Porter Road Butcher, M.L. Rose, Headquarters, businesses that we admire and respect, coming in here, that's only going to make it that much better. And we're excited to be a part of making West Nashville one of the new destination spots.
