Boxwood Bistro at The Factory in Franklin Closes

Boxwood Bistro, a mainstay at The Factory in Franklin for the past six years, has abruptly closed its doors. With signage on the door reading "Boxwood Bistro Is Closed For Mechanical Repairs," and another underneath simply stating "The End: Thank You," owners John and Peggy Franks broke the news of their closing Thursday morning on Facebook.

It is not immediately known who will take over the space, but representatives at The Factory hope to fill the 10,000-square-foot building with another upscale restaurant.
