To mark the 25th anniversary of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs list, F&W has announced the Best New Chef All-Stars 2013, in which they select one exceptional talent from each year to highlight. And who was given the nod from 2012? That's right, Nashville's very own Erik Anderson and Josh Habiger of The Catbird Seat. Joining them are culinary luminaries such as Thomas Keller, Grant Achatz and David Chang. Lofty company, indeed. [Food & Wine]
