The Encore condominium building is getting yet another restaurant tenant. The Nashville Post reports, via a news release, that Fulton's Tavern, "an American pub with Irish traditions," will be moving in to 4,000 square feet of space across from The Southern. The concept will also include a patio on Demonbreun Street with room to seat 30 to 40.
According to the release, "Fulton's Tavern will feature a menu of 'comfort food' entrees including gourmet burgers and grilled cheeses, along with simple appetizers." Chef Frank Aloise, who previously worked at Copper Cellar in Knoxville and Ruth's Chris Steak House, will run the kitchen.
This is the second project slated for the Encore from restaurateur Luke McKee. Second Wind, an adjacent coffee bar, is set to open in August.
