Three more projects have been announced today from restaurateur Luke McKee. On the heels of this week's earlier news that he would be bringing pub concept Fulton's Tavern to the Encore condo building, the Nashville Business Journal reports that McKee is re-concepting Demonbreun Street's Red Rooster into two separate restaurants, The Pavilion and Industry at the Pavilion. Slated to open in August, The Pavilion is described as "a meet-and-greet place with chef-driven small plates [and] specialty cocktails." Industry at the Pavilion, "designed with service and music industry patrons in mind, will serve specialty craft cocktails and offer alternative house music." (So basically the same thing?)
Next door, in the space recently vacated by Otter's Chicken Tenders, Spanish lounge concept El Caminos is set to open in September. Mckee envisions it serving "specialty margaritas and drinks and late-night burritos and tacos served until 3 a.m."
