Today the Nashville Business Journal provides a little more info on Matt Bolus' upcoming Gulch restaurant The Kitchen at The 404. The restaurant will seat 45, will be "located in a storage container in front of the hotel, with the kitchen as a part of the hotel building" and will offer a "modern take on classical European cuisine."
