Music City Eats Announces Additional Chefs, Schedule

Today brings the announcement of Music City Eats full schedule, along with the addition of local and national chefs. New chef additions to the Flavors of Nashville events include Kahlil Arnold (Arnold's Country Kitchen), Roderick Bailey (The Silly Goose), Hal Holden-Bache (Lockeland Table), Philip Krajeck (Rolf & Daughters) and Margot McCormack (Margot Cafe, Marche). An addition to the national talent being brought in for the Harvest Night event is John Currence of Oxford, Mississippi's City Grocery Restaurant Group (City Grocery, Big Bad Breakfast).

Along with the previously announced Flavors of Nashville and Harvest Night events, there will be a full lineup of cooking demonstrations and panel discussions, including Ed Lee discussing 'how to eat your bourbon,' Aaron Sanchez talking Mexican-style barbecue and FOOD & WINE Editor-in-Chief Dana Cowin leading a panel to explore "Food Fables of the Old South."
