The Tennessean reports that popular restaurant/music venue Tin Roof and 24/7 concept City Cafe Diner are planned for Lower Broadway.

The Tin Roof is planning on taking over the space at 316 Broadway, currently occupied by Hatch Show Print poster shop, which will soon be vacating. This location, its third in Middle Tennessee, will offer a full menu from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. and feature live music. Representatives say they are aiming for an April opening.

Chattanooga-based City Cafe Diner, which has two locations, is looking to secure the second floor space at 111 Broadway, where Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery currently occupies the first floor. The restaurant will serve breakfast all day, as well as a vast array of sandwiches, burgers and desserts. A stage for live music is also planned.
