David Howard, president of Neighborhood Dining Group, which owns and operates Husk Nashville, says that out of all the challenges a new restaurant can face, it's procuring a liquor license here in Tennessee that proves to be the greatest hurdle. Howard tells the Nashville Business Journal that "it's a lot easier to get a liquor license for strong beer than it is for weak beer. There's some history there that probably needs to be updated."
