The Pavilion Kitchen & Bar Set to Open August 22

The Pavilion Kitchen & Bar, which took over the Demonbreun Street space previously occupied by Red Rooster, is set to officially open its doors on August 22. The concept, from restaurateur Luke McKee, is divided into two separate spaces. On the left is Industry at the Pavilion, which Atlas Concepts representative Gabriella Clemente describes as a "craft cocktail lounge with an upscale atmosphere and vibe, geared more towards Nashville's industry professionals." The space is marked by dark woods and leathers, and features a large nearly room-length bar as the focal point. On the right is The Pavilion, a more casual space with lighter woods and finishes, and another large bar. Also included is a smaller bar with a large roll-up window so that cocktails can be served directly onto the patio. The two spaces will share the same food and drink menus, says Clemente, but will be set apart by their look, feel, and music selection. Industry at the Pavilion is currently in soft opening mode and open for lunch and dinner.
