Nashville is set to see the opening of yet another Sean Brock restaurant project, The Stables at Husk. Located in the existing stables (originally planned for private dining), Bon Appetit reports that it "will play host to the Workshop Series, for which Brock will alternately serve multi-course tasting menus and host guest chefs from around the world." The Stables will be self-sufficient, with "its own kitchen and crew, including Brock, who will actually be working the line during tasting-menu service." A formal announcement is expected soon, so stay tuned.
