Is the Vacant Bombasha Space in Hillsboro Village Already Getting a New Restaurant?

Could a new restaurant tenant already be slated for this cursed vacant Hillsboro Village space? The big yellow 'For Lease' sign no longer hangs in the front window, and it appears that some furniture, which was to remain in the restaurant, has been taken out. It was just a little over a month ago when Bombasha closed its doors, so that would make for a pretty quick turnaround. Heard anything? Please send it to the tipline.
