Music City Eats has tapped Sarah Gavigan of Otaku South to create a five-episode video series entitled "Tales of Nashville," and the first episode is out now. The series features conversations between local chefs and musicians, as well as chef demos on favorite dishes. Included is Peg Leg Porker's Carey Bringle discussing Nashville music and barbecue with Leagues' Thad Cockrell, as well as Andy Mumma of Barista Parlor and Rolf and Daughters' Philip Krajeck creating his squid ink canestri.
