LewisGraham.jpgKocktails and Kouture, the restaurant/bar/boutique located in the Gulch, is making yet another change in the kitchen. Mark Bodenstein, currently the co-owner and executive chef of soon-to-open Cincinnati restaurant NuVo, has been brought in to revamp the menu, and has selected local chef Lewis Graham to continue helming the kitchen. Bodenstein has local ties, as he and Graham previously worked together early on at the now-shuttered Cafe 541. Graham is coming over from Bound'ry Restaurant. [EaterWire]
