The Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort is getting some new blood, as Boston-based chef Richard Garcia is set to take the reigns of the property's Entertainment District in October. Garcia, currently the executive chef of the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, will oversee a number of the hotel's concepts, including Jack Daniel's and Findley's Irish Pub. According to a release, Garcia has had a heavy focus on sustainability, particularly when it comes to fishing practices, so perhaps they are bringing him in to step up their game on these typically tourist-heavy eateries?
