In case you missed it (which you probably did since, according to the PBS website, it won't be airing in Nashville until Sept.21), season two of The Mind of a Chef debuted on Saturday. In the premiere, Sean Brock, along with Erik Anderson of The Catbird Seat, alter their mental states by ordering their Prince's Hot Chicken 'extra hot,' and Husk Nashville pastry chef Lisa Donovan shows how to make a buttermilk pie that Sir Mix-a-Lot would love (also note Brock's Donks Bar & Grill reference).
