Two Ten Jack Grand Opening Set For Jan. 24, 25

Izakaya and ramen house Two Ten Jack is set for its grand opening the weekend of Jan.24, and there are some special events planned to go along with it. On both the 24th and 25th, executive chef Jess Benefield will be teaming up with chef Shigetoshi Nakamura, who currently runs the Sun Noodle Ramen Lab in New York City, for a five-course dinner with beverage pairings, with two seatings per night. This comes on the heels of last week's announcement that Nakamura will be participating in Otaku South's Extra Large 2 ramen event on Feb.15. Eater also hears that a soft opening could occur early next week prior to the scheduled grand opening, but no concrete details are currently available, so do be sure to check back.
