Well, it looks like the Peabody location of Copper Kettle is staying put, for the meantime at least. According to the Tennessean, a purchase contract for the site has expired and the owners will continue business as usual, while still expanding to Franklin and taking over a former location of Uncle Bud's Catfish Shack on Columbia Avenue.
