Plans are coming into focus for the new Melrose development on Franklin Pike, as the Tennessean reports that "a pair of locally owned restaurants....with signed leases that haven't yet been announced" are slated for the property. Eater has gotten word from sources familiar with the project that M.L. Rose owner Austin Ray is behind one of the new restaurants, but concept details are still under wraps. [The Tennessean]
