Epice, the latest project from Kalamatas owner Maher Fawaz, is now in full service mode. Having quietly opened with lunch service last week, the Lebanese bistro began full 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. operating hours yesterday. Both lunch and dinner offer up a range of appetizers, soups, salads, 'traditional fare' and desserts, with dinner bringing out a selection of off-the-grill larger plates.
