Exit/In to Open Bar in Former Fiesta Azteca Space

Something is afoot at the former home of Elliston Place Mexican restaurant Fiesta Azteca, as sources involved with the project tell Eater that the owners of next door concert venue Exit/In have taken over the vacant property and are in the process of turning it into a bar. Located at 2212 Elliston Place, Fiesta Azteca closed it's doors in May of last year. A peek inside reveals that interior demo is underway, but no other details are currently known, so do send any intel to the tipline.
