The folks behind Tin Roof have been making some moves lately, with the opening of new restaurant and bar Two Bits and the hiring of Philadelphia chef Will Zuchman to oversee all menu concepting. Now comes word from The Nashville Post that owner Bob Franklin and company are changing their Knoxville location to Thirty Three's, a new, more casual burger pub featuring canned beer from around the world.
