MStreet's Italian Eatery Moto to Open This Thursday

New, 1 comment

Another restaurant from the ever-expanding MStreet Entertainment Group stable of Gulch eateries is about to hit the market, as the company announced today that Moto, an 'Italian Cucina & Enoteca,' will be opening this Thursday. Helming the kitchen is executive chef Andy Hayes, who's no stranger to Nashville, having risen through the ranks to chef de cuisine at the Hermitage Hotel's Capitol Grille before heading to New York City to work at Gramercy Tavern, as well helping open The Whelk restaurant in Westport, Connecticut. Via press release, the menu offerings are described as 'rustic-modern Italian,' with house-made pasta and a steak and chop program brought over from sister restaurant Kayne Prime. The beverage program will feature 250 different wines, with roughly half of them Italian, and 30 offered by the glass. The release also touts the restaurant's own in-house concocted limoncello. The space features a large bar, lounge area and private dining rooms, including a 'chef's room' and a 'private speakeasy bar.' Stay tuned for more updates.
