After a grand opening weekend of ticketed dinners teaming Sun Noodle Ramen Lab chef Shigetoshi Nakamura and Two Ten Jack's own executive chef Jess Benefield, Nashville's first izakaya and ramen restaurant is ready to officially open its doors to the public today. The second restaurant concept under Seed Hospitality, a partnership between Zumi Sushi owner Patrick Burke and restaurateur Jason McConnell, Two Ten Jack aims to fill the daily ramen void in Nashville, serving three different versions of the dish. The full menu also includes traditional dishes such as tsukemono (house pickles) and miso soup, as well a roster of sushi and sashimi. Small plates include poke, grilled shishito peppers, Japanese fried chicken and Australian wagyu short rib, with noodle dishes such as soba and garlic. Their most expansive menu section comes under their grilled and skewered selection, featuring 16 different items to choose from, including chicken hearts, pork belly, chicken tail and shrimp. The restaurant's bar will open at 4 p.m. today, with dinner service beginning at 5 p.m. Normal business hours will be 4 to 10 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
