More changes are coming to downtown's Second Avenue nightlife district as the Tennessean reports that Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar owner Phil Martin, along with other investors, have purchased the former Buck Wild Saloon and Bar One 50 One property with plans to open up a new entertainment venue. Separately, Martin also has plans to reopen the long-shuttered Skull's Rainbow Room in Printers Alley within the next few months. [The Tennessean]
