West End's Chateau West Could Open As Soon As Monday

Furniture is in and table settings have been laid out as Chateau West looks to be ready to roll. The newest project from the owners of Anatolia Turkish Restaurant, the French-American eatery is helmed by chef Marco Sedda, a veteran of Giovanni's Italian Ristorante and 360 Bistro. According to their currently inactive OpenTable page, the building was designed to resemble a French chateau, and the main dining room has a total of 25 tables, along with a small bar and patio seating. Lunch will be served Monday thru Saturday, dinner seven days a week and brunch on Sundays. Eater reached a representative at the restaurant that confirmed that an opening is very possible for Monday, so do check back soon for updates.
