Via online restaurant forum Louisville Hot Bytes comes a few more details on one of this spring's biggest openings, Union Common. Project partner Brett Davis tells that he and DC Management's corporate chef Bobby Benjamin (who previously worked at Flyte World Dining & Wine and Capitol Grille) will work full time opening the restaurant, while "four key personnel from La Coop" in Louisville will be coming to town to operate the new concept going forward.
