Executive chef Dale Levitski unveiled Sinema's brunch, his dining "sucker punch," this past Sunday, a week ahead of the official start date. And as promised, it is one of the biggest brunch menus in town, featuring 18 entrees along with pastries and an assortment of sides. Prices range from $12 to $28 and run the gamut from a muesli parfait and quinoa waffle puttanesca to the chicken noodle nero with black fettuccini and truffle parmesan cream. And the burger, clocking in at $18, looks to now have taken the title of Nashville's most expensive from recently opened City Winery.
Beverage options range from the typical offerings to custom coffee creations, specialty cocktails and bubble service, which is delivered table-side and gives guests the opportunity to make their own mimosas. Head below to check out the full kitchen menu.
