Chauhan Ale and Masala House Looks So Close to Opening

Things appear to finally, actually be coming together at Chauhan Ale & Masala House, the new North Gulch Indian restaurant from celebrity chef and Chopped judge Maneet Chauhan. With the official announcement of the location having been made just a little over a year ago, the project has seen numerous false starts, but it looks like an opening could be literally around the corner now.

Earlier this week interior photos were posted to social media showing a completed space, and last night more photos were put out giving a glimpse of new interior design details, as well as the completed exterior signage. Eater hears that a small event was held at the restaurant last night, so an opening date should be known soon.
