Fly South, the sister restaurant to Green Hill's Firefly Grille, opened quietly this past Friday night in Leiper's Fork. Back in the middle of September it was reported that Country Boy Restaurant, a fixture in the community for 46 years, would close and be replaced by a new concept from the Firefly owners.
A rep tells Eater that Fly South's menu is in the same vein as Firefly Grille, but offers different dishes. The restaurant is only open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday right now, but will bring on lunch and brunch in the near future. Have you tried it out or plan on it?
