Chauhan Ale and Masala House May Not Have an Opening Date, But They Do Have a Menu

Chauhan Ale & Masala House, the long gestating restaurant project from celebrity chef Maneet Chauhan, just can't seem to get the doors open. The loosely reported opening date of Oct.1 is now long gone, and a Facebook post from earlier this week shows the group resorting to new methods to divine the possible future opening day. [UPDATE: According to a Craigslist job post from yesterday, the restaurant is now looking at an early November opening.] But in the meantime, menus have finally popped up the restaurant's website.

Nearly fifty dishes are broken down into a number of categories, including appetizers, kababs and breads, main entrees, sides, 'desi fare' and bar and drink menus. Check out the full spread below.
