That most glorious of weekend meals is about to get the treatment at Eighth Avenue hot spot Sinema, as the restaurant announced plans to fire up Sunday brunch service beginning Oct. 26. Earlier today the restaurant's website teased out some very brunchy photos, as well as a short video highlighting a new champagne service. While a full menu does not appear to be available yet, executive chef Dale Levitski, who makes no bones about his affinity for this particular meal, told Eater last month that the menu "will be one of the biggest brunch menus in Nashville[,]" calling it his "sucker punch, [his] secret superhero power." Hours will be from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with seating on a first come, first serve basis, except for a limited number of parties of six or more. Be sure to check back for updates. [UPDATE: Sinema has just announced a brunch preview for this Sunday, Oct. 19. According to an email, reservations will be accepted for this first service only, and can be made by calling the restaurant at (615) 942-7746 between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. today.]
