Tomorrow night is the night, as Prima, the long-gestating steakhouse concept from Community Hospitality, opens its doors to the public. What to expect? A restaurant space like no other in town, a diverse menu with a Mediterranean emphasis and other international influences from executive chef Salvador Avila and a deep wine program.
And if that's not enough, the cocktail and beer menu just made its way online. The initial list features ten creations, ranging from slight variations on classic drinks such as the lemon old fashioned to more creative concoctions such as the 'le woo-sah' made with gin infused with chamomile and lavender tea, egg white, kumquats and blood orange bitters. The beer and cider list is concise with 18 choices, including seven in large format.
So if you plan on checking it out this weekend, please do send any and all first impressions to the tipline, or just hit the comments.
