Another restaurant opened in East Nashville this past Friday without much fanfare, as The Local Taco finally flung the doors open. Located at 1100 Fatherland Street in a newly constructed retail property, this outpost, the restaurant's third in the Nashville area and sixth overall, was originally planned for a July opening, but, as seems to now be the norm, was delayed considerably.

Expect the familiar menu of tacos, enchiladas, salads, sides and daily specials, along with a full bar serving beer, wine and cocktails. Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
