The Sylvan Park neighborhood's restaurant scene is poised for another major addition, as Etch executive chef Deb Paquette and the ownership team announced a new dining venture today. The group plans to open a 100-seat, dinner only restaurant in a property at the corner of 46th and Utah, formerly home to Taste of Italy.

Few details are currently known, but The Nashville Business Journal, via a news release, reports that "[t]he yet-to-be-named restaurant will offer an inviting neighborhood atmosphere and relaxed menu at the same level of quality and service [as] Etch," Paquette's popular SoBro spot.
