A Matter of Taste Eatery Awaiting Alcohol Licensing, Hopes to Open This Week

A Matter of Taste Eatery, the gluten-free restaurant that closed its original Franklin Pike storefront back in October in anticipation of its new East Nashville location opening imminently, is still not quite yet open for business. Originally targeting August 1 as the opening date (and then September) in a new development located at 1100 Fatherland Street, the restaurant's social media has been hinting at an opening for several weeks, with the most recent word over the weekend that they are still waiting on their beer and wine licenses, but are hoping to be able to start soft opening sometime this week.
