The fate of Green Hills' The Well Coffeehouse is now known, as The Tennessean reports that the non-profit coffee shop has signed a lease for 2,100 square feet of space at The Shops at Seven Springs in south Davidson County, with plans to open in April. They are also attempting to raise $75,000 within the next two weeks to sublease the former Pizza Perfect space on Granny White Pike from Lipscomb University so that they can keep a Green Hills' location going forward.
