The Omni Nashville Hotel has been open since the end of September, and the numbers are out on the type of volume their stable of restaurants did over the first 90 days. Some of the more interesting points include: Kitchen Notes cleared 28,342 covers; Barlines served 20,592 shots/drinks of Jack Daniels; Bongo Java went thru 1,360 pounds of coffee; and Bob's Steak & Chop House served 6,712 steaks.
