Long time restaurant veteran Jimmy Phillips, recently named the new executive chef at Midtown's Music City Tippler, spoke with The Tennessean about what brought him back to Nashville and the new menu he has created at the restaurant. On his most memorable food moment: "I was in Oxford, England, at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. With every customer, they already knew the name when you got out of the cab. They knew your food preferences. It was just probably the best food experience I've had in my life." [The Tennessean]
