Chef de Cuisine Morgan McGlone OUT at Husk Nashville

Big news out of the Husk Nashville camp, as Eater gets word that opening chef de cuisine Morgan McGlone is no longer with the restaurant. The New Zealand-born chef helped open the much anticipated Husk outpost back in May 2013, after spending several years at the original in Charleston. McGlone spoke with Eater, saying that the change occurred last Friday and citing the decision to part ways as a "mutual agreement" between he and management. McGlone is unsure of future plans, but says that he definitely intends to stay in Nashville and is currently exploring possible projects. It's not yet clear whether there will be a search for a replacement or a promotion from within, but an announcement is expected from Neighborhood Dining Group reps later this month.
